Dried Crickets, Taco and Teriyaki Recipe Kits (1 of each) – Yum Bug

To cook the dried cowpeas leaves (Kunde), you need to:

• Boil them with (water or milk) for around 10-15minutes to enable them to hydrate and have a soft texture
• You can drain the excess water or use it for the stew later
• Chop to required size (You can crush them with a mortar or Your hand straight from the pack)
• Cook just like any vegetable with onions, tomatoes and cream if desired.
• Choose any combination of serving like meat, ugali, rice, pasta etc.
• Serves 4 adults
