Checking Your Items

Before using any of your items, please ensure they are in the condition you expected. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or delivery packaging, as proof of purchase for any after-sales queries.

If You Change Your Mind

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them under our 14-day money-back guarantee, as long as the items are:

  • Unused

  • In their original, undamaged packaging

  • In a saleable condition

  • Accompanied by a receipt or invoice

If you don’t have the receipt, proof of purchase will be sufficient for an exchange or refund in the form of store credit. For items delivered, please use the returns slip enclosed with your order.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Charge Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on delivery charges if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies.

Duties

Shipping charges do not include any customs duties or clearance charges that may be imposed by local authorities at the destination. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Returns Process

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

However, for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless:

  • The product is defective

  • You received a damaged product

Return Process:

  1. Repack your items carefully.

  2. Include your valid proof of purchase inside the parcel.

  3. We recommend using a recorded courier service to send your goods back to us.

  4. Retain your shipping record until your refund is processed.
