Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where it applies.
Why do some services show a price range?
The final price depends on scope: the number of products, farms or sites, the size of your organisation and any travel. We confirm a fixed price in a written proposal before any work starts.
How do I pay?
Services under £1,000 are paid when you book. Food School fees are paid before the course starts, and Product Development can be spread over three monthly payments of £500. Payment stages for larger projects are set out in your proposal.
Why do you charge for a first consultation?
Our discovery consultation is a working session, not a sales call. You leave with a diagnosis and written next steps, whether or not you work with us again. Short intro calls are free for qualified enquiries.
Are lab tests, printing and travel included?
No. Lab and shelf-life testing, printing, manufacturing and travel are charged at cost or quoted separately, so you only pay for what your project needs.
Can my organisation sponsor a cohort or programme?
Yes. We design and deliver programmes for councils, development agencies, trade bodies and corporate partners. Get in touch for a tailored proposal.
